DBA International is the nonprofit trade association that represents the interests of companies that acquire accounts receivable portfolios on the secondary market. We promote the debt buying industry at major industry conferences and represent members before Federal and State agencies and in the courts. DBA maintains a code of ethics and a national certification program in order to promote uniform industry standards based on best practices.
