Fee includes:

  • Back and side draping
  • One 7" x 44" booth ID sign
  • One 6’ skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket
  • Company listing and product/service description in the on-site program book
  • Recognition on conference website
  • Two (2) full Annual Conference registrations per 10x10 booth, 4 per 10x20, or 8 per 20x20

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
 – Written cancellations received by 9/30/14 will be processed minus a $50 administrative fee.
 – Written cancellations received between 10/1/14 and 11/29/14 will be processed at 50% of the booth amount.
 – NO REFUNDS will be made if cancellation request is received on or after 12/1/14.
