Note: There is no spouse/guest registration option for the 2015 Annual Conference. All attendees must register at the full member or non-member conference pricing.

Checking In

The on-site DBA registration desk will be open on the following days and hours.

On-Site Registration Hours
Monday, February 2	3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Tuesday, February 3	7:00 am – 7:30 pm
Wednesday, February 4	7:00 am – 7:30 pm
Thursday, February 5	7:00 am – 12:00 pm

Cancellation & Refund Policy
 – Written cancellations received by 12/13/14 will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
 – Written cancellations received between 12/14/14 and 1/1/15 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee amount.
 – NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests received on or after 1/2/15.

Refunds are not processed at the conference site. Substitutions are allowed in lieu of cancellation at no additional fee.
